Lim gasket?

rock auto get the magnum kit, make sure its the metal set. it comes with a load of other gaskets,

then order up a upper plenum gasket. aka sc gasket. look up a code, most you'll find is 5% off and that will cover shipping most of the time.

lim is like 40 bucks, plenum is 11.

Don't use a plenum/supercharger gasket they leak. I just you gray rtv. And look up bill boosts how to modify your lim in the how to section and plug your coolant holes while you're in there.

So I need a lim kit ( I like fel pro) and a sc gasket (or just rtv) and coolant elbows?

Do I need to drain all the oil and coolant to do the job?

I need to go buy a new torque wrench and a ratchet that bends.

Anything else I need?

normal ratchet works fine.

id use a gasket if your a gen 3 its 11 bucks and it works, flepro. and off rock auto like i said get the magnum kit lim kit. unless you want to spend 75 for the felpro set??? your call.

yes you drain the coolant. id take the lower rad hose off the engine, take both dog bones off, then push the engine to the fire wall and hold it there, then pull it to the rad a few times to drain the lim.

Ya you should use a torque wrench. If you have a harbor freight near you they aren't much there, or order online.
