lim end gaskets or silicone?

This will be my first lim on a 3.8. I have done many v8's and just use silicone on the ends. Could I do this on the 6 or should I use the gaskets that came in the kit? Thanks for any info!
 


Thanks Bio! I kinda thought that would be the answer just wanted to make sure after all the money I have tied up in this motor.
