lights go out and blower doesn't work

I have a 2003 se 3.1 the blower doesn't work but on 5 if it works at all also headlights won't work on auto neither does the rear window defroster.However while in drive I can turn the ignition key and it will come on sometimes it takes quite a few turns but if you turn the blower down from 5 it will stop again.
