Lifter adjustment?

I’m getting ready to finish my install of my XP cam with 130# springs and with new pushrods and ls7 lifters with reusable rocker arm bolts. Is there a specific adjustment that needs to be done reguardi g pre-load or is it just torque and go? Thank you all for the help!
 


You should 100% test preload if you are changing lifters and going with any of the CompCams cams. They have a smaller base circle and I have seen them require different length pushrods before.
 
Pushrods checker tool is like $20 and well worth the few bucks to make sure all is good! Worst part is waiting for PR's if you need different length. 130's and depending upon lift you may want stronger rods anyway... ;)
