Left front fender - door question

I have a 2003 Grand Prix GT plus a 1997 GP GT Coupe. In late April my son backed out if the garage with the 97 and bumped into the 2003. The right rear smudged into the left front of the 2003, just left a couple racing stripes on both.

Today I open the Driver's door on the 2003 and hear something, I look and it is rubbing on the front fender when it opens/shuts. Sure enough there is paint missing. I don't nomally drive this car, I don't know how long this has been happening, I think I shold have noticed this earlier or right away but I didn't.

Can I loosen and adjust the fender? Move it back forward? I know it bolts along the rail on top but I do not know what else.

instead of adjusting the fender i opted for an easier solution: a screwdriver.

i just pried on mine a little bit so it would clear the door when opening/closing.

I think the gap seemed fine, however I was a bit -nothappy- so I need to look at it again after work tonight.

the fender gets distorted like that because of people lifting up the car from the pinch weld behind the front tires. mine is bent too because of this.
