LED Lights Won't Turn Off

I recently installed LED lights throughout my car. While they look great and make a huge difference, they stay on all the time. When the car is off and locked up, the lights stay on in a dim mode and flicker about every two seconds. To keep this from happening, I pulled the fuse for the lights to get them all to turn off and not kill my battery, and while my floorboard and door ones went out, my overhead and back lights continue to stay on even without the fuse. They won't come on full force, but still in that dim mode and flicker. I can't figure out what is causing this, and I need to get them to work properly. If anyone has had this problem or knows how to solve it, please help!

And no need to worry about the battery. The LED's are drawing milliamps. You'd have to leave them on for months and months, and still probably wouldn't have battery issues.

It's a "glow" and my car did this after I did ALL the interior lights

some of the newer GM cars have accent LEDs that glow at night and I just like to think of it as such ;)
