Hi all,
Over the last year or two I've noticed that the axle (the large metal square with rounded off corners) has been looking oily. I initially thought it was a power steering leak dropping fluid onto the axle but now I'm thinking otherwise. From the looks of it, I think the axle is flinging fluid onto the serpentine belt which is in turn flinging it other places. I assume the seal where the axle enters the trans is causing the problem?
What do I need to replace?
I have some pictures but my workplace is now blocking all sorts of websites including photobucket so no pics for now.
