Leaking



Peel back the black molding at the top of the windshild.theres probaly a rust bubble underneath it. had the same problem on my 95 gtp and it took me forever to figure out where it was coming from.if there is theres a couple things you can do..either have your insurace replace your now "broken";) windshield and they will fix that while they do or you can peel that black molding out of the way, clean out that grove in bettewn windshild and roof with some sort of solvent make sure its dry..then stuff that whole grove with silicone.thats what i did.works if you prep properly
 
you shouldnt have to take the headliner down.im talking about the weather stripp that surrounds the windsheild on the outside of the car.just slide a small screwdriver underneath the molding(on the roof side of molding) and peel it back just enough to look down at the seam in betewen the windhield and roof.look for any signs of rust bubbles because its probaly leaking were the rust is.I was so pissed when mine started leaking because i thought i was going to have to replace the windsheild and repair all the rust but with a little prep work and a tube of silicon sealant i got it to stop leaking
 


Did you discover if your windshield was leaking? I think mine is around the upper passenger side. Going through a car wash and the water eventually seeps in right where the visor is mounted and slowly spreads.....
