Leaking widow - 2003 GP SE

Hello everyone.
The rubber seal on the top of the passenger side door has dry rotted and is starting to leak into car. Very soon I will have the same issue on the driver side. I have been unable to find a replacement for this part. Any suggestions or recommendations on what to buy to fix this? also, it is an easy fix?
