Leaking Water

When I wash my car I always get water in the trunk where the spare tire goes could it be the gaskets for the spoiler leaking ???
 


checked it out today took that little carpet out from the trunk lid water is leaking through the spoiler screws thinking the gaskets are gone does anyone know where I can get replacements
