Leak behind throttle body

I have a nasty leak after my throttle body. I have a 97 gtp with a 3 bolt throttle body. The sc should take a 4 bolt. I have an adapter plate. It won't seal. I have block sanded the front and back to make sur it's flat. I replaced the 3bolt gasket and made a 4 bolt gasket. I used Indian head gasket sealer and it held for 2 days.I tried silicone and new gaskets, lasted about 10 min. I used only silicone and leaked. I need to smog the car and cant be driving with a lean condition. Please help. The sc to intake gasket had to be made as well. Lower intake is ported and inch on he passenger side. Any ideas? A stock factory car will not have an adapter or a 4 bolt TB. That sounds like you have a Gen V or a TB spacer.

Please elaborate on which you have.
