LC-1 wiring

Well i just passed my last NC vehicle inspection until I move back up north. So.. it's time to do a few things that I couldn't do before. Starting with ripping out the EGR. I figure since I'm in there I might as well install me new LC-1 for tuning. Before I start I got a few questions pertaining to the wiring. First off I want to simulate the narrowband. Can i use the connector from the old sensor and connect the signal wire AND the ground? Second, I haven't checked it out yet, but for the heater wires, is one of them a 12v and the other a ground? If so, can i use these wires for the LC-1 power and heater ground. I am going to hook up the wb through the EGR, should I use the signal ground for the analog ground. If this is all completely wrong, let me know I'm just trying to determine the best way to hook this thing up.

The car is an 05 comp g, and i'm using hp tuners. Any help with the wiring would be appreciated. If I get some good answers I'm thinking I might do a write up if all goes well. I've been searching, but haven't seen a real easy to follow step by step write up. So I figure I might help some out as well.

I'm pretty sure I just used an add-a-fuse off the sunroof, ground under the steering wheel, calibration button in the panel left of the steering wheel, and ran the box in through the front passenger side floor/firewall grommet. It sounds to me like you're trying to do something complicated and I'm not sure why.

No, the WB must be connected to the WB controller.

From the output of the controller, connect the analog 0-5V output to the EGR position wire.

Then log the associated PID and you can then create your own "PID" to display in the units you desire.

IIRC the LC1 has a variable output range. You might want to clamp it to say 10-18 AFR gasoline to increase accuracy.
