Lawlz - this forum is littered with people talking about meth injection

i agree with you, but it does do what its supposed to. meth is best used 100% and in small doses. when i was running it i was dumping it in with an M5 nozzle and using it for the added octane as well as a crappy intercooler. it allowed me to run more boost and timing than i would have done without it. did it do what i wanted? yes. would an intercooler or switching to e85 have worked better? yes.

Nope its not But pushing e85 and bashing those that run meth is and asshole type move
not that it matters im an asshole at times not a big deal

As far as the meth thing goes does it really matter that folks run it turbo makes power over a m90 but we run what we have I guess i just dont understand why you are bashing meth and pushing e85 so hard most that want to make good power on here know about e85 so its not something new and magical for some its not and easy thing to do convinience trumps hp lol
 
Wow, SD has 97 E85 stations. There are only like 5 states that have more. I just kind of figured every other state was the same.
 
I wish E85 was easier to get here

Im not sure how big of a deal it would be for others.. but for me atleast theres a ton of stations in the area that carry it. But I do take long road trips often and this would raise a concern of planning where id have to fuel. Hence why my car is stock :)
 


i run meth on my M90 car which will soon be a 60-1 car. i saw nice gains from it. i run 100% there are no E85 stations here in NYC so thats that.
 


im pretty sure the car he is talking about that he tuned was on a dynojet so take those numbers and divide by 1.135 thats the true power the car made

It was actually done on a loaded dyno. A 500hp GTO was within 3-5hp of his numbers from a Mustang dyno on all three pulls that he made.

Bears have been known to attack man, although the fact is that fewer people have been killed by bears than in all of World World I and World War II combined.
 
Bio basically said everything that needs to be said:
a) it runs the *** out, you cannot deny that. methanol isnt cheap, but isnt expensive either. either way, you're gonna have to fill it again.
b) its so damn inconsistent its not even funny. one day itll help, the next itll hinder. weather really plays into this.
c) my car 'felt' like it ran better with it off. i didnt knock, but it was slowing me down.
d) 90% of the people using it overuse it. it's only helpful in very small doses to mask small amounts of knock.
