L67 to L32 swap

I was wondering how hard it is to swap out my blown L67 for a L32? Cant find any detailed instructions or good pages to detail the swap. If you could provide any links that would be great.

motor is the same. youll need a throttle body adapter and a little work to the PCV system to make it all work. otherwise its plug and play.

do i need to get the L32 engine harness or the L67 will work?
