L67 PCV O-Ring

So I see there is supposed to be an O-ring on the PCV to seal it. The one I took out didn't have an 0-ring and the replacement I bought didn't come with one. Does it go on the top or bottom of the flange on the PCV? Is it possible a missing o-ring would cause a rough idle?

It sits on the bottom of the pcv. Meaning it fits onto the bottom and sits just below the pcv flange. Make sure you look in and ensure it's not sitting down in there.

Thanks Bill. Def not there this is a brand-new SC from PSE in OK
