Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Tomorrow i am going to pick up this engine I've been needing and the guy has all kinds of extra parts. Almost enough to do a top swap, harness, ECU, blower, etc the engine i am getting is complete and i have the one with the rod knock already so i am going to try to re coup some of my money with the parts i dont need. He has 2 ECU's out of L67 cars my question is how can i tell if they are L67 ECU's? do most of them have only a couple part numbers? And are they like the ford ECU's where some are better than others to tune?I dont think this guy would screw me but money is tight for us all and i dont want to look like a fool later trying to sell a ECU that is for a NA car.

97 PCM's will be huge compared to a 98+.

You will want one thats from a 98-02 though. So hopefully the knows what years they "could" be.

None will be better than the other. They will be the exact same, and can be changed via a tuning software only.
