L36 to L32?

Hey guys. Since my L36 is getting a tad old (176K miles old) I was thinking about finding a low mileage L26(in the 04+ supercharged) to swap. I probably could find one and its tranny for about a grand or less..but what else would I need to swap it into my 98?
 


haha wayy too many numbers. yes I meant a L32. is it totally compatible with my current set up? will it still operate my HVAC?
