L36 Lifters vs L26 Lifters

Can L36 lifters be run on L26 heads? The part numbers are different, but is it possible...? I really don't want to spend that much money on lifters for my bare L26 heads.
 


Where are you seeing a different part number for the lifter? To be best of my knowledge, they should be the same.

Ahhh, my mistake, I accidently looked at the ones for the 5.3 L on GM Parts Direct. You guys are right, they are the same! Sorry! :(
