Ok so here is what i have done, and i want to make sure i get this right this time.

Blew up L67, bought L32, with a N* TB,nothing big done to it, AL103's (will these hurt me since im no longer 3.4's?) 180tstat, ubend delete, CAI, just the basic little things.

Heres where i get confused, and i have read threads and the links within many many times, and i just want to be positive i have this right because ive messed it up once, and unfortunatley, even after sending pics and emails to zzp i couldnt get a straight enough answer to know what i need to do here.

There is the PCV and the EVAP that i need to figure out.. initially, thinking i was doing this correct, i set it up accordingly:

The PCV (i believe) is the hard tube that comes at a 90degree angle out right behind the blower. i put a hole in the silicone coupler between my maf and N* and put this tube there, since thats where it had been originally on the L32, between the TB and the MAF sensor.

The EVAP (again, i believe) was the one on the back of the GenV, which i had to take out and seal off on this so that my N* could fit, so i'm using the one from my L67, which sits on one of the alt brackets. this one has a connecter to it, unlike the PCV, so obviously hooked that up, and hooked it to the line it was hooked to, which i believe is vacuum that goes down and back with the fuel lines. the other side, i set up the same as on my L67 an ran it to the brass fitting on the top of my N*.

I ordered this N* kit from ZZP and have heard that some of them were different.. obviously has the N* to GenV adapter plate, but mine has no nipple or anything like that on it.. only the one on the top of the TB.

My problem is that i am throwing an SES code that comes back as EVAP, and i assume that i have hooked these up wrong, and just need a straight answer (pics would be amazing) on how this SHOULD be hooked up.. i ordered anouther silicon coupler, and i want to get this done right, my SES light annoys the f*** out of me.. can anyone give me anything to go on here??

get over to lowes/home depot and get a brass nipple fitting, drill bit, and drill tap. Your going to need to make a fitting for vacuum routing, unless you use a breather (which wouldn't be metered)

so then does the EVAP or the PCV go to my new nipple fitting? and what size of these things do i need? i have nearly every tool available to man available to me, i just need to know sizes to get, esp for the brass nipple fitting.. and then what do i run to the brass fitting on the TB? thanks

wondering the same thing kinda. My buddy just got an 04 comp g...i was hunting around under the hood of it and found that the nipple on the intake pipe was open with no hose connected! And the 90* fitting behind the blower has nothing connected to it. What is this for?

the way your describing it, sounds like it is the PCV and it is just missing the hose between the two. It should go from the 90* fitting on the back of the blower, over and connect to the hole in the intake tubing.

ya...thats exactly what im talking about, do you think without that hose on there its enough to cause a CEL?

that im not sure of, i would just run to autozone and see what code they pull up and then go from there..

let me konw what code comes up and ill see what i can do for you.. i finally got mine setup right and am in the process of tuning now..
