L26 to l67 swap possible

I just got a sweet deal on an 04 gt.

Body is mint but the motor has a light knock. Only paid 500.

I have a 98 gtp with a rebuilt l67 I was planning to sell anyway.

What would it take to put the l67 in the 04?
 


Motor wise should be a direct swap but you'll probably want to get a gen v instead of trying to figure out how to get the right TB to work.
 
Motor wise

If you toss a Gen V/DBW TB onto it, should be easy. Swap the oil pan/pick up tube/motor mount. Put your alt bracket and alt on it. Then get the L32 Map sensor(s). Fix up the tune and off you go.
