Knocking/clanking sound

My 3.1 is making a horrific clanking noise, it sounds like someone is banging on the block with a hammer. Any ideas? Can blown intake manifold cause this?
 


I'll have to scan the ODB2 to see what is says, no high temps but the intake manifold gasket has been leaking pretty badly over the last couple of months. The knocking problem began less than 48 hours ago. And yes, it kinda does sound like that video, only not near as severe. No vibrations, no rough idle.
 
Hate to say, but if the LIM gasket has been leaking for that long and not repaired it's possible that you wiped out a rod bearing or 2. That video is an extreme example of a rod knock, but the sound is the same when they start out, just quieter. Not saying it isn't just some noisy lifters, but.... If you can, grab a video of it and post it here.
