on our s/c we have a BBV which makes are engines run on no boost unless a certain throttle position is reached basically, my thought/question is what would happen if you made it always open? so it was always putting boost into the motor? would you hear a faint constant whine? would it be a but peepier? just a thought really

Many have done it with success others get part throttle KR. ZZP actually has a tech article on that.

If you set the charger to full boost all the time.. boom, clank, bang would be three things you'd hear. The vacuum method w/o BCS is different than what you said and you still....should leave it alone.
