i posted another thread just like this one but the problem im having is that we found a piece of paper shoved up into the steering column and when you take it out and the keys are in the ignition and the car is still running you can shut the engine off but the battery will not shut off and you cannot take the keys out of the ignition my dad thought that the paper was pressuring the release that lets your key out and he is afraid that if you don't get it fixed or something is wrong with the whole steering column that i could be driving down the road and the steering wheel would just lock up any ideas on what is wrong or how to fix it?
