Keyless Entry Question

I'd like to see if I can retrofit a keyless entry from a 97 GP GT to an older vehicle that did not have the option available.

I know I can buy aftermarket cheaply so please do not suggest this...

Where is the actual name of the module and where is it located?

Anyone have a schematic available in soft copy?
