Keyless entry issues

I have a 99 gtp with keyless entry. Every time I go to program the remotes it flashes code 8. Does any one know what circuit this would be and the best places to look. Thank you

Code 8:

RFA link circuit open or shorted to B+ or ground

Does any one have a picture of the rfa wiring. I tested it today and had 12v on the green and orange wires
