Chances are my car is gonna still be balls slow when this comes around. I'm already not making much, but I need to quit my job soon for a college-friendly job in which case I'll be making less...
 
I can call around...right by I35/152 there are a bunch of hotels...or they just built one in Raytown about a mile and a half from the dragstrip...but then you get to stay in Raytown overnight...yikes.

I have no intention of staying in a hotel by myself. A room sure, but I'm definitely staying with the crowd.
 
guys I'd just like to say I hate you all because even tho I said I wouldn't come to this thing. I defenitly am... so if Iowa was 9 hours... wonder what this will be...
 
As far as hotels go I work for a reservation center so if you want cheap hotels and discounts PM me if you are coming I need a rough estimate of how many people and I will set up a group of rooms so you can just get rooms off of that. Also if anyone from the area knows what hotel/ location is good or close to the track etc just let me know I work for Wyndham so i cant do holiday inn or any choice hotels.
