cheap? nothing that will make a performance difference.

you could make an intake and do a tune up to make sure it is running right. the intake will let you hear the supercharger whine.
 
Cheap...yea not much these aren't Honda's. 180* T-stat, AutoLite104's/New Plug Wires, Custom Intake (you can make one for about $50 or so), get rid of the U-Bend too...any local exhaust shop should be able to weld in a straight pipe. That should get you a decently quick GTP for about 100-200 bucks depending on who you know ;)
