just a quick question in illinois

does any one live in illinois and can recommend a tuner or can tune a car? i am located in 61021...chicago is bout 100 miles but i am willing to travel..... also... in my introduction post i was dogged on by my set up...does headers really make a big differnce? and can a stock pcm be tuned
