Junk I drive

Yep that sounds like my purple junk.

Relax, guys. I just removed most of what I added. Noticed this smell and um... yeah if you put too much in it, it comes out the tip of the snout. Neato. Had to do a little belt cleanup. Only drove it like ten miles but d'oh. :th_shakinghead2: Today's lesson learned. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Can't believe I didn't whore these here. Had this thing four years, finally scrubbed it for the first time. The moss would get on you if you touched it so ew. I'm a little sore from scrub brushing lol

Blue, I'm beginning to suspect you have a magnet fetish lol. Or are you just drawn to magnetism (pun) because rust flakes are part of your body from working under cars up there?

I may actually be able to de-junk something a little bit soon, just came from the tax lady. My income suffered so severely from last year's injury that I get some of it back. So theres a few hun for necessities. It really should all go into the 455 but will probably get spread over all 3. Got today off work so I've also been taking steps toward titling the 72GP. 1972 VIN #s seem like BS to them that were not alive then so its gonna be a hassle. I am told "invalid VIN".

This pic only means that I can't find fuel trims because I'm an :th_oldtimer:

... but I'm trying, in baby steps. Thanx to Booba for help given so far. No, don't pay attention to the numbers, I had already parked and gone inside when I took this.

No, when it was running. I'll keep trying to figure it out myself so I learn as I go along. Thats not the only issue I've got but I'm outta time for today. Just wanted to report having gotten a new toy with no plush orfices lol

I've had a frustrating experience with this monitoring setup. It connected with my GTP 2 or 3 times but only with many many tries. Re-starting Torque, checking everything, idling and killing time, but no blue car icon. Today, nothing period. Until in a final act of desperation I plugged the adapter into the GT. Bam, works. Tried again in the GTP. Bam, works. Whutaheck? Will it work long enough for me to learn to use it? I can't say, I just don't know. But I did eye my fuel trims for a short spell just now. Looks about the same as the GT. Theres no flat roads to let it even out on and how do you do this without wrecking. I can't explain my experience with adapters at all but this looks like fun. Maybe.

So my efforts so far are a waste of time because "crap"? I'm not even sure why I need this. Thought having a way to monitor KR was a must. Would it be better to do fuel with a scan tool?

He has a BAFX adapter so it's not crap. It's probably a bluetooth issue of some sort. Aeroforce uses the same protocols as the OBD2 adapter so there isn't any difference in the speed or information provided.

No, you'd get the same information as Torque would provide, but Torque can log (I'll teach you that in person). KR is a must, fuel trims are just a way to see how fueling is going. IE lean, rich, etc.
