Nooo it's not for me, :-( Anyways friday me and my dad are going down to massachusetts to watch the redsox, which is still awsome, and on our way home were gonna be driving in a 2001 t/a ws6!!! My dad just bought it for my mom cause it's her dream car and she has always wanted one. She has this post card she got back in 2002 and has always kept it on the fridge and says to everyone that comments about it that she will have one someday. She doesn't even have a clue that she will have a nice new beautiful t/a in the driveway friday :-) Well it's not really a 4th of july present my dad just happend to find the exact one she wanted and were going to get it on that day.Now for details on the car. It's midnight black, with 48k on it. Loaded, black leather, t-tops, automatice because thats what she wanted o well i don't mind :-) hehehe. Ill be sure to post pics asap!!
 


who buys their wife a ws6 without having a car to outdo it?

and p.s., autos can be just as fast. they dont need the driver mod as much. ;)
 
Hes buying his dream car 2 years from now when he retires. '70 chevelle ss 454 ls6, i think actully scratch that i know that out do's a ws6.
 
Shame on you BIO. I have a WS6 and my husband has a Z28. My car is WAY faster than his! I dont drive junk. haha
Sweet Ryan, you better not drive your moms car! I know how guys are.;) My husband can pay for my cars, but he isn't allowed to drive 'em! That is the honest to God truth. If he tries, it's a fight. When I go out of town, he takes it out and tries to race. He gets too excited or something and loses. Then, when I get home, I find out only because I have to go put the spank on some kids. It's kind great, cuz they think they are gonna win so they get all their friends to watch.
You think the 454 will win? I raced a SS Camaro with a few mods that I know would beat me. The thing is, the guy (a friend) just couldnt shift right. Made me look fast. haha

Oh BTW, is it stick? (Prolly not, they are VERY hard to find stick) at leaste for me :)
 
My dad is buying it for her, if i had the money to buy the t/a it would be all miiiine!! yea screw the lt1, The last sports car my mom had was a '89 iroc z and she thought that had balls and tht carried the lt1 in it, boy she's gonna get a big surprise. They under rated the ls1 big time, i think it makes 311whp bone stock, but that doesnt mean every single ls1 will make that much.
 


My Trans Am gets 18-19 mpg in the city and my GP gets 17 in the city. Go figure. Since the dealership jacked it up, on the HIGHWAY coming home it got 16.2 mpg. They both have to have 91 so they are tied there.
