You people keep making me want a set for my car. Sadly I don't get harsh winters so I'd only have a use for them at a track with DRs on them. Still keeping an eye out for a set tho. lol

I found another set of polished on a 96 grand prix tried to talk the guy in switching them out for my polished 97 at the dealer told him mine have better tires and I just want the ones that say pontiac on them didn't go for it I guess lmao

Oh man I saw that you had them up the other day for sale they look really good who ever buys them from you should be vary happy

They are not perfect, after all they are from 1995-96. LOL. Main thing is they have almost new tires which is where the bargain is

Well that's it they are old and for how old they are they look good iv seen some in junk yards that where poo poo and ones online that where nothing like yours and all stupid priced with no tires so that is a good deal

I should have at least one wheel powder coated in the chrome under coat tomorrow. At least that's the plan, haha. I started with a different stripper on wheel #2 this morning and it seems to do the trick a little faster (forgot to get a picture). If all goes easily lile this one I will continue with stripper, and hopefully get wheels all coated by next weekend and get them on and order some springs. If I get the ok anyway.

First stripped on top, second one on bottom just a few more spots to strip almost ready for a degass and pre bake.

One wheel is cooling and done. I may have put too many coats on it though.

The powder came from prismaticpowders.com less than $20 for a lb of powder. I spent $45 on the 2lbs I have for the wheels, have a feeling I will need more.

Thanks. I have some improvements to make on the next one to see if I can get the powder to cover better, and give the correct "black chrome look" but I can always do the rest in more coats to match the first because I actually like how they turned out more of a gunmetal color. Fits the color I want to paint the fascia's in.
