• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Join the pre gen mafia

Finally got the tires off of them. In my extra time at work I'm going to finish stripping the first one and see how it does, then decide if I need to blast them still or what needs done. I'll go snag a picture in a few of the half stripped wheel.

Although being lower, make the pregens look sooo much sexier.

This is a lot of work, used a whole 32oz can of aircraft remover and almost missing all the paint. This is stout paint. Going to end up paying someone to sandblast. Found a guy who will do them for $60, then all I have to do is powder them.

Here's the results of all this stripping...

dont feel bad my buddy has been at sand blasting my wheels for a total of 5 hours so far lol and still has one more to go

I feel his pain, I tried blasting them myself. As I said before this is some serious paint GM used. I stripped some Honda wheels using the same method and got 2 wheels stripped in less than in hour.

What material is he using to blast them? I was trying to use some product called starbright, 70-80grit wouldn't even chip it off just dulled the finish.
