It has been a while. But welcome back and I am excited to see this s10

Project "Slonoma" won't be occurring right away. First step is acquiring a complete 3800 and wiring harness from an F-body and a V8 T5 from an F-body as well to swap gears (the shifter on Sonoma is in the middle of the trans opposed to the F-body which is on the rear.) Then, my plan is to find a junk S10 from the metal recycler near my school so I can build the engine mounts. My goal is to get it built and running while maintaining the ability to drive mine. Then I'll be able to just swap everything to my truck in a weekend. Makes sense to me.

I'm looking more in the northeast area as I'll probably be headed that way this summer. Not sure if I'm gonna stay in NC.
