Issues with my 06 GXP

I've been looking at GXP's that are in the 100k mile range as well. If you don't mind me asking OP, what did you pay? I've located a GXP nearby with 92,000 highway miles on it for $10,000. I owned an '06 Impala SS so I know the transmission can be problematic if beat on. I was just curious.
 


The price was $14k i think and the miles were literally 100,100. The OTD price on the car was $9,993. I still worked the deal a bit since I traded in a motorcycle, but i feel it was a decent deal. I could almost sell the car for what I owe on it which tells me that I did in fact get a decent deal. What was most appealing was the repair history that I have on it. From the exhaust being replaced, the rear decklid spoiler, to the power steering pump and tranny at 60k miles. ANd it looks like it has 50k miles on it. No chips, wear, or anything. It was either taken care of or only driven on the highway during the summers.
