• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Is this normal?

New cv shaft new wheel bearing and new upper poly mounts...crazy loose sound and vibration when turning right really can make noise come out when I lock it in 1st gear and turn circles in parking lot...did this before new shaft and now its worse and starting to do it even when you are going straight

I think its supposed to have a little bit of back and forth movement but I don't think its supposed to have any up and down or side to side movement.

That's about how much mine moves. Recently put CV shafts in both sides. Kept shoving on that side waiting for it to tighten up...

Not saying it's right though. Waiting to see what others say also.

Looking at it doesn't look its in the trans far enough but when I installed it it popped into place....at this point deff not ruling it out since my vibration is still very much around...the shaft has about the same amount of side to side and up and down movement when its sitting on the ground with the tire on...any chance the shaft they gave me is to short? Or is the trans taking a dump

Maybe it is a defective wheel hub? Kinda sounds like a wheel hub issue to me. Does the vibration increase/change with speed?
