Is this BS?



Not completely bs...but you have to do a lot to get and keep any sponsorhsips. They require you to go to shows all over that requires travel. And there are just a bunch of specific other requirments that can really take up a lot of time. It's something you have to have a lot of time for, and patience. You don't just get all the cool stuff up front.
 
And if your not placing at the major shows, they'll drop you in a heartbeat. And some have a very,very,very fine print that if you get dropped or arn't up to their standards, you owe them the money for all the products they put on you car. It pretty much comes down to they own your car, not you.
