So I already have HIDs installed in my car and want to do a retrofit this summer. I've been reading up on it a lot and feel like I have a pretty good understanding but want to make sure I won't be missing anything when I order. I'm going to order just the projector to save some money. All I'll have to buy is the projector, shroud and bulbs right? Since I already have hids I won't be missing any crucial pieces?

I suggest extra housings if you don't have them.

Also:
-OCI Butyl sealant
-Epoxy
-Dremel (if you don't have one)
 
Great thanks. I picked up a dremel not too long ago figuring I'd be doing this soon. I'll make sure to get the other stuff as well.
 
You need a motcontrol from trs for high beams ,!
bixeon hids , morimot mini h1 projectors . Mini gatlin shrouds
 


You need Bi-xenon projectors to retain a High beam. Because the GP Lights are a single High/Low beam, you need the Motocontrol harness to make the high beams work.

Shrouds
Bulbs to fit the specific projector
Motocontrol harness
Buytl sealant
JB weld
Dremel.
Time.
Paitence.
