Is this a GM body kit?

Ok, I traded my 2000 GT in on a G8 and have been looking around lately for a new GP for a daily driver. I have seen a few GT's with a monochrome look that i really like. They look like this:

Is this a stock body kit? What is it called so i can search for more like it?
