That's not a big filter.....

It's also dirty.

And it's also too long/too many bends in the intake.

Get rid of all that business...get a 9" spectre cone and slap it on the end of the MAF.

I've had that FWI for 2 years now, no issues I've only had to pull over once because I got caught in a flash flood and had to disconnect the pipe before the maf. I really don't drive this car in the rain.
