I need to change my thermostat but havent gotten around to it. How long will it take to change? Also my car is running cooler than normal is this bad to do long term? (like a month or so) Should I get a normal oem stant or the superstat?

Regular OEM thermostat is fine.. They are a thing that gets replaced time to time.

No, its not goign to hurt anything.. You just won't get enough heat out your vents and you may see in decrease in gas millage... Prper operating temps are crutial to good gas millage.

But it will not hurt anything.

Its like 10 min to change and you'll be fine for the short time that your car will be running cool. Your tstat probably failed in the open position not allowing your car to properly warm up.

if your stock just replace with the stock one. i think thats 195. a cooler one will only net you worse gas mileage and no performance gains.
