Is anyone running a TEP custom built Torque Converter?
The one that cost $800.
What are your thoughts on it?

I am, with the performance street/strip 4T65e, its not the $800 one tho and its not stalled to 3k, but so far it feels great and the converter locks up nicely and from a dig really gets the tires spinning![]()
I think TEP is the way to go
There is a good chance I'll be running one. So far have heard nothing but good things. Now they come with a 5 year warranty which is unheard of for a converter.
How much was that one?
a link for it?
It was a custom built one that was a deal when you bought the entire transmission, im sure if you shoot them an email with some questions on them they will be able to give you more info, BTW they were great to deal with.............

Yes, DZBE01 is running it in the LeMon car locally here. He has been very pleased with it. Especially with the abuse it takes during the 2-3 day races(non straight line). You can pm him through clubgp if you have any questions. Is anyone running a TEP custom built Torque Converter?
