Is a pulley supposed to be here?

For some reason, I feel like im missing a pulley. I know im missing the other ones, theyre off of the engine right now, but I dont have the pulley that I think is supposed to be in this location...

Power steering. Also there is an idle in that area on the alt bracket.

i believe the hole your thinking of is in the red square is for the coolant elbow so the tensionor assembly goes there.

I got the engine in yesterday. Some of the vac lines hooked up, i think im missing a few. So im gonna have to buy some rubber hose and get that taken care of. I cant figure out where my EVAP line connects to though.

it connects to the EVAP Canister Purge Valve which is a little black boxy thing with a tube for the fuel line to attach to.
