This Saturday the Cedar Falls Raceway is having their monthly midnight drag races...usually there is a lot of street cars and a good time! It starts at 9 I believe...check it out Cedar Falls Raceway I'll be there and would like to meet those on here that I don't already know!
 


GRRRRRRR....i was on my way to cedar falls, got through grundy, and it started raining. so i just decided i better turn around just so i dont waste a trip. come to find out it never rained in CF:( how many GPers were out there?
 
it spit a few times early, but never rained. I saw 3 GPs, with the fastest time being a 14.9 from an 04+.
 


Yeah, sure wasn't a good showing for the w-bodies. :( Traction was a big issue, though, one of the guys I was with was running a 70.5 Camaro with a 383 stroker, was breaking traction all the way down the track with a bad clutch!
 
I was going to go, but no one else was able to come down with me. I am going to try to get friday off so I can go to the fun night.
 


i thought it was gunna get rained out so i turned around :( boostingtx...can you post up some pics of your car? or where can i view some at?
 


Myself and some local people are planning on getting togeather at CFR maybe in aug, to do the midnight mania or something along that line we are still talking to the track about getting our own staging lane becuase i know byron will let you get your own lane
