Iowa license plate tab fees

I am thinking about moving back to Iowa in the next few months. My MN tabs expire at the end of the month and will cost $65.00. I have had a few interviews that would put me in the Ames/Ankeny area, but I would not be moving until June or later.

Does anyone in Iowa have an 03 GT and remember what they paid for the current tabs?

I would rather drive in MN with expired MN tabs than drive 9 months in IA with MN plates.

All the grand prixs i have owned were $25 each but the newest was a 99. My old 02 z28 was $180. My parents have an 02 gtp and i think there's was over $100

I know Iowa has some pretty high registration fees
