intermittent problems getting on "our" site?

doess anyone else have intermittent problems getting on RegalGS.org?

every one and a while i get a message that looks like this and i cant get on for a few hours:

Though error messages mean need to optimize the code to have less query's. Or upgrade host.

You should, they may not be keeping up with error logs.

I personal don't look till i notice a problem somewhere.

Yeah I tried to get on last nite, and I was not able to get to it. I could get on other sites though so I figured it was the site.

I have never been able to log in, even after getttin passowrd and activation email ect. So i'm here now lol

Are you admin on that site? I would really like to check out whats going on on since i have a Regal GS in all
