Intermittent P0171 code

I've read the rest of the posts but this code gets thrown so intermittent, I can't believe it's a vac leak. I captured the data the last time it threw ( have an AutoXray 7000). The A/DF went to 13.2:1 vice the 14.7:1 and the TP angle went to 90.6 degrees (TPS A/D(V) went to 3.5 from 1.5 and back to .3 on the next drive cycle. I"ll check the vac system to make sure but what do you guys think about a bad throttle position sensor? The car is still in open loop so the O2 sensor should be ignored. Any thoughts? Opinions are welcome also!
 


Cleaned the MAF last night and put it back in. Ran worse. Picked up a new one this morning and it seems to have cleared the problem. No P0171 after a 15 minute test drive. It was picking the code about every minute or two last night.
 
3 hours of driving with a scanner hooked up set to record on any code and nothing popped. At least my son can get to college and back now without taking my car!
