Intermittent no start/stall

Hey guys, I am having a issue and have recieved great help on this forum before so I thought I would ask anyway...
I have a 1998 oldsmobile 88 3800 that will start when cold but dies soon after and wont start for a a undetermined amount of time after. I have constant fuel pressure but no spark when this happens. I have verified power to the ignition module and checked the signal from the crank shaft position sensor (the issue is intermittent) but tests fine repeatedly. I replaced the Ignition module with a used one and have the same issue. Any help is apreciated

check the tachometer while your cranking in the no start condition, if it is moving I would ignore crankshaft position sensor for sure. I
had similar problem off and on for over a year, twice i replaced ECM and it seem to fix it for 4-9 months. Last thing I did was clean the grounding lug that comes out of the ECM wire harness and was behind a bracket near water pump. so far so good.
Also, every time mine would stall and not re-start, if i just removed and replaced the electrical connector to ECM it would fire right up. did that in traffic more than once.

okay, I used wrong letters, it the ignition control module, with coils on it, that I replaced. and found grounding lug in wiring harness near water pump

oh yeah, crank position sensor was first thing i changed on first stall no restart. that is still a high probability for you.
