Intercooler Tubing Size

Is it ok to run 3/4" tubing with the fittings on the pump and core being slightly smaller (5/8", I believe)?
 


i run 5/8s tubing, you might have a leak if the tubing is too big but youll probably be ok. otherwise get some reducer fittings to go to the smaller tubing at the connections.

some Valvoline makes it slide together easier. and you can heat up the tubing to make a little softer and more flexible.
