Intense tuning question

I was gonna order a intense tune and I was looking over the option and it listed this:

Increase WOT shift points to approximately 6,000 RPM and engine rev limiters to 6,200 RPM - ideal for vehicles with higher ratio rocker arms and stock camshaft.

does my car have to have higher ratio rockers? Will it hurt anything? I was planning on eventually upgrading higher ratio rockers. Will I have to leave the shift points stock till then? Also it has this option:

Increase WOT ignition timing tables by up to 1 degree - ideal for naturally aspirated vehicles with any premium fuel, or supercharged vehicles with stock camshaft where 93 or 94 octane fuel is readily available (+$20.00)
All of the premium around here is 93 octane so would this be a good option? My car is bone stock at the moment but I eventually plan on running cai, 1.9 rockers, 3.5 pulley, and 3inch catless downpipe.

Don't change the shift point with stock valve train, you don't make any power past 5400-5500 anyway.

Even if you upgraded to 1.9's, a tune isnt even needed.

I'd leave the wot timing stock, and keep running 93 octane. Would be somewhat wise to have a way to scan the car before dropping pulleys.
