Intense Shift kit

i installed the transgo shift kit and a bottle of lucas stop slip last night because sometimes it feels like mines slipping a little bit. i have just the opposite of hard shifts. i have long slow shifts that can barely be felt. i was hoping for a quicker and a little firmer shift. i haven't put but a few miles on it since , and haven't gotten on it hard yet , because i wanna give the pcm a chance to relearn , but had someone secretly installed the kit without my knowing , i would have never known the difference. the shifts are still very soft and 2nd to 3rd still feels slow.
between all the raving reviews about the kit here , on amazon, and other forums , my expectations were a bit higher.

Mhm, I'm on the fence about it now lol on another note, what do you get for KR with that setup? I have all that plus t-stat and the rest of the exhaust. But I have a 3.5 pulley

i'm seeing as high as 6* at WOT. i'm getting KR pretty much anytime i enter boost over half throttle. i'm pretty sure it's the pcm tune causing it. i don't know much about tuning but i believe the timing is too high and know it's running lean now because i have a vacuum leak. i can hear it hissing around the throttle body / EGR area. i just bought a 3.6 to see how it affects the KR. if after i track down the leak and put the 3.6 and i'm still seeing KR , i'll try a new pcm.
i'd put the kit in. too many positive reviews to not do. it certainly hasn't hurt my car any , it just didn't change the feel of it as much as i expected.

I still need to scan, won't have my Aeroforce in till December. I hope I don't see too much KR. But thanks for the review and info haha goodluck with the car!
